By-Laws

We have drafted some sample bylaws for our neighborhood association. Please review the attached options and provide feedback on any changes you think should be made.

Specifically, we welcome your thoughts on membership criteria. We want active participation but need a system to distinguish voting members from others who just want information. A membership fee is one option, but not required.

We also need to consider quorum requirements carefully, as getting a majority of all neighborhood residents to attend meetings would be difficult.
